This week in Reception, the children have been enjoying exploring our new tea set in the Mud Kitchen.
The children have been exploring early mathematical concepts, including using more or less and understanding the difference between full and empty. Through pouring, filling and sharing, they have been developing their understanding of quantity in a fun and meaningful way.
It has been wonderful to see the children learning and having lots of fun together!
Eastbrook School is an Ofsted rated Good, all-through school in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and is part of the Barking Abbey family. Founded in 1933, Eastbrook has a well-established history of serving the local community, with many generations of families attending as students and even joining as staff.
