Pizza Perfection: So PROUD of Our Reception Chefs

Our Reception children had a fantastic time becoming pizza chefs in our role-play area. They took customer orders, chose different toppings, and carefully made delicious pretend pizzas for their friends.

As they played, the children developed their communication and language skills by talking to one another, asking questions, and sharing ideas. They used their imagination to create different pizza recipes and enjoyed working together as a team. Through this exciting role-play experience, the children built confidence, took turns, solved problems, and developed their understanding of the world by talking about different foods.

We are so PROUD of the children's enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork. They showed excellent independence and kindness while learning through play, making this a fun and meaningful Reception learning experience.

Eastbrook School is an Ofsted rated Good, all-through school in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and is part of the Barking Abbey family.
