Year 10 & 11 Students Volunteer at Final 4 Volleyball Tournament at Crystal Palace
In April 2025, a group of enthusiastic Year 10 and 11 volleyball students proudly represented their school as volunteers at the prestigious Final 4 Volleyball England Tournament, held at the iconic Crystal Palace National Sports Centre in London.
The weekend event brought together top-tier volleyball talent from across the country, and our students played a crucial behind-the-scenes role in ensuring its success. From supporting team logistics and managing equipment, to helping with court preparation and guiding spectators, these young volunteers displayed remarkable dedication, professionalism, and passion for the sport.
Not only did the students gain valuable experience in event management and teamwork, but they also had the unique opportunity to witness elite-level volleyball up close - an inspiring experience that deepened their love for the game.
We are incredibly PROUD of these students for stepping up and representing the spirit of youth engagement in sport. Their involvement made a meaningful impact on the event and served as a testament to the bright future of volleyball in the UK. I am extremely PROUD of our students as they represented Eastbrook with pride and diligence. We also received a prestigious letter – text below - from the Volleyball England Court Manager for the tournament.
To the Year 11s from the Volleyball Club, thank you for your commitment and dedication. I hope you guys enjoyed every minute of the club and I wish you guys all the best for the future and hope to see you playing in a court soon. To the Year 10s, well done for you commitment as well. Let’s make sure we keep that same vibe and hope 2026 is a year of even more success. There is something special about this group of players. Let’s train harder and perform better and we will conquer.
Well done Team Eastbrook!
