Celebratory Christmas Concert

18 Dec

On Monday 15th December, Key Stage Two children performed their Christmas concert to their parents and carers. The theme of the concert was Christmas traditions, and each class shared some facts. For example, in Japan a common tradition is to eat Kentucky Fried Chicken on Christmas day whereas in the Ukraine they decorate their Christmas trees with cobwebs!

It was heartwarming to hear different children talk about their own family traditions, activities and foods that they eat at this special time of the year. Each class also sang and danced to a well-known Christmas song.

The children put their hearts and souls into the performance, they all spoke incredibly clearly and the singing and dancing was entertaining. Well done Key Stage Two you have made our school community feel very PROUD of you!
