Year 7 Show They’re PROUD to Be Digital Citizens
Our Year 7 students have completed their first Computing Viva Exam, showcasing their understanding of Digital Citizenship through short spoken presentations. This formed part of their Computing learning on staying safe online, spotting scams and using technology responsibly. Students spoke confidently on topics such as fake news, social media responsibility, and creating strong passwords. Camron gave a clear explanation of online privacy, while Cleo impressed with her confident delivery and thoughtful examples.
“I liked being able to speak instead of doing a normal test,” said one student. “It helped me understand the topic better.”
The Viva encouraged students to build their communication and digital literacy skills, and we’re incredibly PROUD of their enthusiasm and effort.
