Climate change Viva: Small actions, BIG impacts

15 Jan

During Autumn term 2, Year 9 have been studying climate change. Students have identified several sources of evidence that support climate change, they have investigated both natural and human causes of climate change, identified local and global impacts of climate change before thinking about our sustainable future.

Students completed both a mid-term assessment and a Viva examination for their final assessment. For their Viva examination, students presented to the rest of their class on climate change incorporating evidence, causes and concluding whether they believe the effects of climate change will become more intense in the future or whether our world will be more sustainable.

Jezreel delivered a fantastic presentation using persuasive terminology and emphasised a key connection between humans and the impacts seen which are linked to climate change. We would also like to give an extra PROUD shout out to Ehsan, Greatness, Robertas, Omar and David. We are very PROUD of all your efforts!!!
