The 'Octopus Shocktopus'

13 Jun

Our Launchpad children were PROUD to be part of creating a vibrant, sensory-rich English display inspired by the story ‘The Octopus Shocktopus’. As part of our semi-formal curriculum, the children explored key themes from the book through hands-on, creative activities that supported their communication and engagement.

Using paint, textures, and real sea objects, the group helped bring an underwater world to life. The display was designed to stimulate curiosity and interaction, using sensory elements such as rough sand, smooth shells, and soft materials to reflect the story’s ocean setting.

We are truly PROUD of the enthusiasm, teamwork, and creativity shown in this inclusive learning experience.
