During these winter months, is there anything better than settling down with a hot chocolate, some biscuits and a good book?

Years 7 and 8 were give the opportunity to do exactly that this week as their Book Buzz books finally arrived.

Book Buzz is a scheme that offers all students in Years 7 and 8 a free book. Students had previously selected a book after watching short film clips with the authors and reading some introductions.

The books were delivered last week and to celebrate the occasion, Ms Lotter organised hot chocolate and biscuits for the students to enjoy as they started reading their books.

Many thanks to Ms Lotter and the catering staff for organising the event and making it such a success.
