Dear Parent/Carer

The HPV Vaccinations will take place in school (for Year 8) on the following dates:

1st Dose: 17th & 18th January 2022

2nd Dose: 18th & 19th July 2022

Year 8 students will be bringing home a consent form for the HPV Vaccination this week, please return this no later than Friday 7th January 2022.

Please return the consent form even if you do not wish for your child to have the vaccine.
