The Local Authority have asked all schools to share the letter below from the Director of Public Health with their parents. It outlines how important it is for children and young people to be vaccinated against a range of diseases including Meningitis, and gives links for parents to register their child to receive the vaccines. There are also venues locally which provide an alternative means of getting this essential protection.
