Year 10 PE students are currently learning about the different muscles and bones in the body as part of the topic ‘The body’s response to physical activity’.

They were set a challenge to find objects in their home that could be used to create the musculo-skeletal system. They needed to be able to label their creation with the names of the different muscles and bones in the body as well as the different types of joints.

There were some very good submissions using everything from pasta to pens and even including a watch on the wrist joint.
