Today, our students visited a Jewish place of worship hosted by SWESRS and Rabbi David. Students were treated to a lecture and discussion about the importance of the synagogue in Jewish life and what it means to practice Judaism. Students were able to ask numerous questions and see many of the important features of the synagogue such as the Sefer Torah, Ner Tamid and the 10 commandments.

The students had a wonderful time exploring and learning about the synagogue and we wish to thank SWESRS for hosting Eastbrook students into your sacred space.
