Year Six Open the School for another year…

Two year six pupils had the honour of opening the school this morning for another year of learning! The pupils were very proud to cut the red ribbon and once again open the school for parents and pupils to enter. It was lovely to see and hear the school full of life again, pupils chatting about what they did during their summer break, friends delighted to see each other again and the gentle hum of learning in all the classrooms!

Year six pupils have been working hard despite the heat (although they did have the treat of an ice lolly to cool them down). They have perfected their handwriting and created shield designs to show how they feel happy and safe at school.
