The children in Reception showed off not only their listening and attention skills in PE but their bendiness! With a space themed Yoga they were able to get into the poses to stretch their bodies and calm their minds.

The children were able to follow the instructions to get into to positions such Childs pose, which we named the comet and they even repeated the affirmations of ‘shine like the moon’ and ‘glide like a shooting star’. The children are gaining an understanding of importance of well-being for body and mind.
