This term, our Year 10 economics undertook study in the theory of demand. Students learnt about the different ideas of demands, influencing factors that contribute to changes in individual and market demand and the application of data into graphs and diagrams. Our students have been challenged with real world examples that even economist struggle with and have been tasked with applying their understanding of demand to the current energy crisis and inflationary pressures on our supermarkets.
