Year 8 – Term 5

Year 8s explored the concepts of law and its purpose for a safe society. Many students shared fantastic interpretations of what laws they believed were importance as well as how it should protect us.

Additionally, students learnt about the UN, WHO and the purpose of Human Rights and why it is importance to uphold those laws for the benefit of everyone. Students wrote essays explaining which of the Human Rights are more importance.
