Lockdown lunges

The PE department have set a number of practical, nutritional and theory activities to be completed weekly.

The PE department have provided fitness workout videos and fitness tests for students to complete. We encourage students to create their own workouts based on their goals they have set applying what they have learnt during their PE lessons. We encourage students to use their creativity to make their workouts challenging and progressive.

Students are also encouraged to use gadgets to assist their workouts to provide more data such as their heart rate, distance covered, time and step count. (E.g. Fitbit, google maps, exercise apps)

It would be fantastic to see parents, careers and siblings joining in with the workouts.

A PowerPoint with workout links and theory work has been sent to all student via SMHW.
