The Immunisation Team will be attending the school on the 23rd & 24th November​ to carry out the Flu Immunisations. If you would like your child to receive the flu nasal spray, please complete a consent form and hand back into the school before the 5th of November. You must hand back a form whether you are consenting to or declining the vaccine. Forms have been handed out to all children at the school.

PLEASE NOTE: The flu nasal spray contains products derived from porcine gelatine. If you do not want your child to have the flu nasal spray due to this, we can offer the Flu Injection as an alternative. Please ask the school office for a separate Injection Consent form to complete and hand back into the school before the 5th of November.
