Today, a number of Year 8 girls participated in ChainReaction’s Female Empowerment workshop. The girls spent the day discussing issues around body confidence, women’s health and self-esteem among girls in secondary schools and the wider world. Many of the activities required the students to  speak honestly in regards to the topics discussed as well as have fun with games and physical activities.

The programme explored both hypothetical and real world situations in which many of our students showed remarkable awareness and maturity around the topics as well as being able to display their personal virtues of being Principled, Open and Disciplined.

We would like to praise the girls for their exemplary behaviour and representation of our school. Well Done.
