Eastbrook School’s Year 2 crew has been delving deep into Autism Awareness and Acceptance with a whole lot of heart! The students have been on a journey of understanding and acceptance, learning that every person’s unique, especially when it comes to autism. They’ve been filling out ‘brain’ charts with their favourite things and getting super creative with personalised puzzle pieces, showing what helps them learn best. This bunch knows that celebrating differences is what makes their classroom a colourful and awesome place to be!
As they sail through Autism Awareness and Acceptance, Eastbrook’s Year 2 class is proving that kindness and understanding go a long way. They’re not just learning about autism; they’re embracing it with open arms and open minds. With their enthusiasm and compassion, they’re showing the world that being inclusive isn’t just a piece of the puzzle—it’s the whole picture!
