The children at Eastbrook came back after their half term to find a large dome inflated in their lunch hall. Filled with excitement, each class was given a time slot for their Wonder dome experience. First to blast off were Reception, who last Topic was Space, this was a wonderful chance for them to show off their subject knowledge and ask any unanswered curious questions to Mr Wheeler.

Inside of the planetarium gave a 360-degree experience and the environment created by the dome is completely dark which was totally immersive for the children. Each year group was given a different lesson increasing their knowledge on our solar system and the history of space travel. It was a great first day back inspiring curious and wonder and awe!
