Pupils in Year 4 have completed reading the story of ‘The Iron Man’ in their English lessons this half-term. They thoroughly enjoyed reading the book and wrote newspaper articles, describing the Iron man’s victory over evil and triumph in saving the world! This afternoon they watched the film ‘The Iron Giant’ based on the book and compared the two versions. As a treat they also enjoyed some popcorn while they watched the film!
