This afternoon Year 1 had to help poor Martha bear solve a very tricky problem. She had odd shoes on- one made of fabric and the other made of rubber. Both would be fine for her to go out for a walk in on a nice sunny day like today but what about on a rainy day? We set to work to discover which missing shoe Mrs Turner should hunt down by checking which shoe would keep her feet dry. Year 1 gave Martha a chance to jump in some wet puddles and then we removed the shoes and felt her feet. One was nice and dry but the other one was super soggy!
