Year 1 have begun their new summer term IPC topic, ‘The circus is coming to town’  The children began by sharing their existing knowledge of circuses and also generating questions that they would like to be answered throughout their learning. The children were hugely excited to have been invited to ‘Eastbrook School’s Circus’ next week so that they can all experience the thrill of the circus together and enthusiastically set to work producing their own entry tickets. No ticket, no entry. Check back next week to see the fun that was had at the Year 1 circus. Hopefully you might even see some beautiful smiles between the mouthfuls of delicious popcorn; always a must at the circus!
