The children are focusing on their map skills in their Geography lessons. They have identified where they are on a map and have mapped out the classroom. Using the Now Press Play, the children were able to follow simple maps whilst listening to an accompanying story. For the final part of the adventure, the children needed to draw their own map to help with the rescue effort! Alongside this, the children were also introduced to physical and human features. During the story the children were listening to, lots of different features could be heard and identified on the map.
