This week in year 4, we have been advancing our scientific skills by creating light! We had an amazing, fun-filled lesson where we were able to use all the necessary electrical components to create a circuit. At first, our circuits were not complete which meant that our bulbs did not glow, and the circuits were open. However, in year 4, we are diligent and investigative scientist which meant that we worked with our partners to solve and resolve the problem. After troubleshooting, we discovered that not all the components were correctly connected. Once, this was corrected we were able to make the bulb glow which meant we had created a closed circuit with electricity flowing through all the components.
