The children in Reception have been enjoying their Jigsaw Topic this half term focusing on being them on their world, being a good friend, being kind and most importantly keeping safe!
After reading the story ‘Hands are not for hitting’, by Martine Agassi, it was circle time to hear each others thoughts. They showed patience and kindness, as the children took it in turns to say something their hands were good at. The was some brilliant ideas as they shared. Hands are for drawing, eating, building , writing and hugging!
They then completed the task with the friends, coloring in their kind hands, before taking a picture showing what their hands were good at… can you guess from the pictures what each child’s hands are good at?
