The children in Reception have been learning how to ask questions. They have been learning all about question starters and question marks. The reason that have been so focused on questions is Miss Maxted invited her Monster friend for an interview. The children showed off some beautiful letter formation, using their Phonics and remembering to add them tricky questions marks when writing their questions.

On Thursday the children were so excited after receiving a video message from their Monster friend that their imaginations ran wide with ideas of what questions to ask them. When Friday morning came round they were ready to interview this Monster. They showed brilliant clear speaking when they came face to face with the orange Monster! What a great morning, giggles all round and lots of information learnt about our Monster friend.
