This week, year 5 had immense fun as they explored part two of the Iliad with Jonny from Otherwise Education. Pupils have demonstrated a growth in confidence, the sound ability to retrieve information from quite a complex narrative and great enthusiasm and engagement whilst learning. Year 5 have participated in whole class games, re-enacted scenes from the story, and responded to quizzes drawing on what they have read, heard or seen. They are most certainly ready for a fun-filled Tuesday next week!
