Pupils visited the Museum of London virtually today and were able to meet with an archeologist to discuss Pre-history!

Pupils took part in role playing  acting as Stone Age hunters, they pretended to make weapons, took part in quizzes, they were able to name and describe artefacts and asked questions about the exhibits!

They learnt about a haul of Bronze Age treasure found locally in Rainham! Pupils also learnt how the experts were able to date the loot and  learn about life in Bronze Age Essex from analysing the treasures.

It was a great experience to consolidate learning about this period of time.
