Language is the foundation of all learning – and for this reason Eastbrook has signed up all students in Years 7 to 9 to Bedrock Learning.

Bedrock is a fun and accessible online vocabulary curriculum that teaches vocabulary in context and encourages reading. The programme adapts to each student’s individual needs and is self-marking. Although the programme has been organised by Ms Lotter in the English Department, the vocabulary learned is not subject specific and will benefit students across all of their subjects… and their lives in general!

All students should have received their login details via their school email and are ready to go. Indeed, many students have already completed activities and are improving their vocabulary.

If students are having any access issues, however, please ask them to email their English class teacher who can provide their details and help set them up. There are also instructions on Show My Homework.
