23rd June 2022 was National Writing Day – and Eastbrook students got creative in celebration of the occasion.

Before writing, students watched short videos featuring professional writers, who gave them tips for the planning, writing and editing stages.

Students then had a choice of stimulus tasks, including cut-up poetry, narratives based on strangers on trains, and plays about conflict.
