The children spent their Friday afternoon working on some of our school’s key virtues. They had to work in pairs showing perseverance and resilience when it came to the tricky challenge of building a bridge over the ‘Moon river’. The children were given bricks per pair and could only build on their side of the river. It was brilliant to see the combination of team work and problem solving as they managed to connect the bridge in the middle. They communicated with such kindness, asking each other for certain bricks and offering support to friends who got stuck with the stability of their bridge.
