The London Aquarium

WOW! What an amazing time they have had! This week Year Three took part in an educational visit to the London Aquarium. Their visit was centred on one of their Geography topics, Island Life and the marine animals that can be found in the waters around different islands.

The pupils were extremely excited once they began their journeys into central London. They were treated to some of London’s major landmarks: The London Eye, The River Thames and The Houses of Parliament and of course, not forgetting, Ben Big.

Once inside the London Aquarium, the pupils saw a variety of animals that would inhabit different climate zones. They were memorised by the size and beauty of the sharks, the giant turtle, the jellyfish, the penguins and the clown fish just to name a few!

Year Three had a phenomenal time at the London Aquarium. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will have a lasting memory of an extraordinary day.
