This half term, the children have have been focusing on the Jigsaw unit of work, Being Me in my World. The children have learnt about rights and responsibilities, caring about others and working as a team. To conclude this unit of work, the children thought about everything they had learnt about the right to learn, how our actions make others feel and the best way to work as a team to create their own Eastbrook Learning Charter, based on the schools rules to ‘Stay on Green’. Some of the responsibilities the children added to their charter included; use listening ears and look at the person talking, include everyone in games, listening to feedback to further improve on work.
