Year three had a very exciting art and design lesson today they learnt about photography, in Eastbrook secondary school. Mr. Nathan taught the enthusiastic pupils how to use some of the school cameras. The pupils learnt how to frame a shot, change the colour, zoom in and focus on objects. The children also appreciated the amazing canvas images produced by the secondary pupils along the corridor. Every pupil chose their favourite image and they were able to describe why it was their favourrite.

Later on, the children put into practice the advice from Mr. Nathan and had a go at shooting in the primary grounds. Some pupils chose landscape shots but the majority focussed on close ups of the wildlife. Next week year three will be going out to Eastbrookend park and having a photographic competition!
