The children in Reception had a busy Thursday morning with a round robin of letter formation and phonics activities. They had rainbow name practice, tricky word bingo, a sort the sound game and letter formation in foam and glitter. The children’s letter formation and name writing is showing real signs of improvement and it won’t be long until they are applying their phonics skills to trickier pieces of writing.
