As the countdown to Christmas begins the children in Reception have enjoyed a mixed choice of Christmas crafts and Christmas-themed activities in their classroom provision. They have had the opportunity to make cards and Christmas decorations for their families and friends.  Even writing their own inserts showing off their beautiful letter formation.

They have been putting their fine motor skills to the test with cutting tasks and creating their own snowpeople and Christmas trees. On the maths table, they have been colouring by number and even completing one more one less worksheets!

It has been a wonderful place to be this festive season in Reception the children have shown so much enthusiasm for their learning even through cold and snow!
