‘Skills for Life’ with M&G

We are pleased to announce that the fantastic employability mentoring programme “Skills for Life ” with M&G will now be taking place in our Sixth Form. The sessions are delivered by a Talent Foundry facilitator and supported by M&G ( – Investment and Asset Management company)  professionals. Students will be exploring a series of interactive activities to understand topics such as communication skills, body language, and making a CV stand out with the potential for a facilitated mock interview session with the support of mentors. Consisting of four sessions, students will be supported to work across a range of business and employability tasks building their core transferable skills and gaining a unique insight into the world of work.

This careers opportunity provides an encounter with employers/employees that should help students improve their knowledge of careers and the labour market while also a definite opportunity for students strengthen their  UCAS applications, particularly, for those who have identified Oxford, Cambridge and Russell Group Universities for their applications.
