Our Year 11 will be spending a day tasting lessons in our sixth form. They will have choices ranging from A Level Science and Maths to Health & Social care and Criminology. We offer many courses to suit all pathways.
Year 11 will be dressed in smart attire and will follow the program below.
Form time at usual time
Period 1 & 2 – sixth form taster lessons
Period 3 – Q&A with our Year 12 and reflection task
Period 4 – ‘Elevate Education’ working on time management for Mock exams
Period 5 – Assembly with Head of Year
After School
Parents are also invited at 5pm, to understand more about the work which Elevate Education have done with their child. Additionally at 6pm, parents have the opportunity to meet our sixth form teachers for the following subjects, followed by a speech from the Headteacher.
Graphic Design, Biology, Chemistry, Applied Science, Health and Social care, Economics, Computing, IT, Maths A Level and Core Maths, PE & Sports Science, Performing Arts.
A questionnaire will be sent out via group call / text so parents can confirm attendance to either 5pm, 6pm or both slots.
