This weeks theme was Easter.  Each morning pupils had 90 minutes of independent study.  Followed by a safe physical sports activity including just dance and badminton.  Afternoon activities this week have included a nature walk in our schools huge field collecting items to make a nature picture with an Easter twist.  Chalk drawings on the playground to thank NHS and key workers and chalk scenery drawing which pupils had to pose to be part of the photo.  The primary school pupils joined us and every pupil (and some of the staff) decorated their own boiled eggs with felt tips, once decorated the egg was given a name and each pupil took pictures of their egg in various school scenery.  Towards the end of the week we made Easter baskets by weaving pieces of card, challenging but very effective once completed.  We finished the week with a whole school Easter Egg Hunt and every pupil left with a Chocolate Easter Egg.
