On Thursday 11th November, the whole Eastbrook School Community came together for its annual commemoration of Remembrance Day. As always, the students were impeccable in their respect for the occasion and listened intently to the readings by Bradley and Aisha, the Head Boy and Girl, and an additional short speech by Mr Frith. This was followed by a beautifully observed two-minute silence and The Last Post.

It was very moving and powerful to see so many students and staff come together to remember those who gave their lives in the world wars, and without doubt an event that everyone should be very proud to be a part of.
