The Eastbrook School Careers Curriculum continues to flourish! Year 11s are currently working on employability skills with professionals from the National Citizenship Service. This week’s topic is Resilience. Students are looking at:

• Recognising what resilience is and what elements go into it
• How to develop your own resilience and apply it to different situations
• Discover the benefits of impulse control
