In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit – GCSE Religious Studies

This term, our GCSE students have explored the religion of Christianity. They have investigated various interpretations of Jesus Christ, the theological arguments for the Trinity, the parables and miracles of Jesus and the Christian ethos towards life and death.
Students have also debated about the inferences from biblical quotes towards Christian practices such as the 7 sacraments and worship.
As we head into the festive seasons, an inquiry into the symbology and mythology of Christmas will be delved into with class discussion, debates and artistic expressions.
