Pupils in Year Three carried out an investigation today to see which was the fizziest drink. They weighed each drinks bottle, shook it up and then released the gas by slowly opening the cap. They then weighed the bottles again and all of them weighed less, proving that fact that gas does have a weight. They found that coke, cherry coke and tropical juice were all the fizziest drinks! After the experiment pupils could have a rather flat drink of their choice.
