Pupils in year three have been reading the book ‘Oliver and the Seawigs’. They have really enjoyed reading the exciting adventure story and meeting some of the crazy characters from the text. Pupils have written a description of a mermaid and designed and drawn their own Seawig island! Children learning at home have been able to follow the lessons during their daily Google Meets and have submitted their work produced at home so it can be printed in school. Staff have been able to produce a great corridor display, showcasing pupils’ work from both home and school. Even though our pupils are in different places they can still work together as a class and showcase their hard work, dedication and enthusiasm for learning so far this term.
