Due to the lockdown Year three have been unable to go on any educational visits this term so the museum came to us today! The Museum of London was beamed into our classroom and the children took part in a live stream, alongside other London schools and also participated in a workshop.

Experts from the museum told the children about a hoard of bronze treasure found locally in Havering! The children then discussed why the treasure had been buried and asked the experts some questions. One of our pupils had his question read out and answered during the stream, he felt very proud! The pupils listened intently and learnt lots of facts about the Bronze Age. Well done Year three!
