In Year 2 the children have been learning about moths so that they can make their own Moth non-fiction book. To finish the unit off, the children made their own moth hats, complete with fluffy antennae. They used this as inspiration to write instructions to inform others how to make their own. The children needed to include bossy verbs, time conjunctions and carefully chosen adverbs.
