Pupils in Year Three have worked hard this week on planting flowers and herbs in our raised beds. Firstly, they ripped up cardboard and laid it over the ground. Next they laid some of the compost collected from our compost bin in school over the cardboard.  They shovelled in some more fresh compost and  levelled it out. Finally, they planted winter primroses, heathers and a range of herbs. We cannot wait to see them grow!
