Today, as the end of term fast approaches, the members of the winning house from across the school came together to enjoy a celebratory festive treat. This term, Einstein House had accumulated more points than the others with a whopping total of 8185 points. As a reward, the members of the triumphant blues worked beautifully together in mixed aged groups to create some very festive and unique gingerbread houses. It was no easy task. As the children quickly found out, gluing the gingerbread together with icing alone was trickier than it looked. Fortunately, the children had all brought their perseverance with them in abundance and giving up was out of the question.

Luckily, decorating and then eating the delicious creations was far easier!

A wonderful afternoon spent with wonderful role models of our school. Which house will top the charts next term, I wonder?
